The Session: I was fishing with John, Robert and Amanda and it was our first time fishing this beach. I set up two rods with one to catch smaller fish and the other to see if a larger one might be around. I was using bait which I needed to use to make room in my freezer, so it had been taken before and refrozen.
Unfortunately not much happened over the session for me. I had waders on so I was able to walk into the water to get extra distance but that didn't matter anyway because Robert and Amanda both caught some small bass and flounder while myself and John caught nothing.
I switched baits a few times but I could not tempt a bite. It looked like ragworm was the bait to use here.
